i was a patient there last year not once but twice the cnas treated me very well and the therapist helped me without them i would never been able to get to the point im at now i would recomend them only thing was the food needed lots of improvements.

My brother came to this facility from another one that was horrific in their care.
From the minute we walked into the place I knew it was going to be a different experience. We were greeted by Zach, the head of it all, and other workers that would be in charge of my brother's care.
They all went above board to be sure he was well cared for and happy and that is because they cared! I would see Zach roaming the halls, talking to every patient he encountered, making sure they were doing ok. Certainly a compassionate man.

The therapy department was, without a doubt, the BEST!
They had him up and about in no time.

The only complaint I had was that the food was so good that he gained a few pounds. Lol

They were awesome!!!!

My Grandparents are in this facility and they take exceptional care of both of them! The staff is very friendly and they cater to them extremely well!

Nice place, I wish they would fix their phone system. For two weeks now every phone number I call has hissing and continual cracking. I can't even talk to my mom on the phone in her room due to this the noise on the phone line. I have mentioned this to several employees each time I have tried to call.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They have really good customer service here. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They were very qualified and friendly.
