Look at the official findings based on inspections of this nursing home over the last several years and look at what happened when abuse of an elderly woman caught on video camera was televised. Look at the reports about staff, one of more later convicted of a crime and others were mentioned as involved in failing to properly act on the reports of abuse concerns. In general, see how "caring" you find them!

Based on 2 visits in February of 2014, on weekends, we saw several staff who just ignored us and the call lights of those patients calling for help seemed ignored. It appeared very uncaring and to us it appeared negligent.

In our experience this nursing home ignored both complaints and even their own findings of negligent care. We are surprised they are still allowed to operate at all.

Spending time in this nursing home was truley a terrible experience for me. Most of the staff would actually try and avoid me if I had a simple question and when I witnessed problems, I would hear excuses instead of being able to find anyone who seemed willing to help fix them.

When I did "take a survey" it appears to me that a review was posted without my approval (based on sentences I assume are put together by this website). I will state/correct that: The facility may listen to complaints but I don't think they ever listened to me. Since I didn't write the review listed by "lisa" I can only say I find it poorly written and it needs clarified. I had terrible experiences there and I say a person should look at the official survey related statements/deficiencies and judge for themselves. Based on 2012 this facility had many serious problems.

I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the rooms. I often had to remind them who I am and what my circumstances were. It's very frustrating. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.
