If you want your loved one imprisoned in their room then this is the place. If you want to be lied to this is the place. I had a loved one there. He arrived late afternoon. Being a cardiac patient, his medications are extremely important. They never brought him any medication that day. The answer time for call lights were about 1 1/2 hours. I never saw any patients out in the hallways. My loved one was pretty mobile. He was basicly kicked to the street with very little notice. Maybe they didn't want to be exposed for what they truly. The social worker was extremely rude. No one helped him get his things together. Their never gave us discharge papers. Enter at your own risk. They get no stars as far as I am concerned. unfortunately it won't let me submit unless I select a star.

My mother was recently a patient in this place it was great help ! place is clean, building is old but neat, nurses are great and very love and caring ,we had great experience in this Rehab. Ctr. I'll recommend to anybody .

I love this place! Service is great. People are friendly and the nursing staff is fantastic. The building itself is old and needs some updating but it is clean. I also just learned that in their Annual Health Inspection by the Department of Aging and Disability Services of TX, they were found DEFICIENCY FREE! Congratulations to this incredible team of healthcare providers.

This place is amazing. When I brought my father here he was at death's door and now we are preparing for him to go home with us. Everything here is excellent, the attitudes of the staff and the care. The food is excellent and it smells wonderful. If you are looking for help, this is the place to come. Martha

I have been coming to Heritage Manor for years as a volunteer or to visit my formal patients. Since Keith came to work there, you can feel different vibe. Services are improving, smell is gone. The environment is getting safer for the seniors to find their final home. Keith is not just a great administrator but actually involved with patients and their families. He makes sure that people are taken care of. I am definitely changing my opinion about this facility.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I can't stop telling people about this place. I couldn't have had a better experience. The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen. Their building was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When we took my aunt there she couldn't walk and was barely coherent. We transferred her from an El Paso facility and it changed her life. Today she is able to converse, transfer herself from bed to chair and even stand up and walk with a walker. Her recovery is nothing short of amazing. Oh, and the food in this facility is the best I have tasted in a healthcare facility.

We took our 77 year old dad with dementia here after open heart surgery per Medical Center of Plano. The Friday night he arrived we sat with him in his room from 6pm until 11pm and no body came in his room. I had to go ask for a nurse's help. They are under staffed. The people there are not friendly and caring as a whole. The weekend supervisor tried really hard all weekend to keep the nurses in line. I don't think she has much support from admin. We moved my dad out first thing the following morning. I did meet with the administrator on Monday before we left his facility. It was without a doubt a horrifying experience for our family.
