My mother was sent there for PT rehab by Sibley Johns Hopkins Hospital after falling. She liked the staff that worked with her a lot even during Covid19. They stayed in touch with me. The meals were good. She said everyone was very attentive to her. However, she just wanted to go home. The only real problem was with the private phone. We couldn’t always get through but she could call out.

They are horrible, they fed DNR patient which is a choking hazzard, residents are not changed or rotated to avoid bed soars. Most of the staff hardly speak English. It stinks and it's dirty.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
