therapy personnel excellent. Nursing personnel very few are good. Food is uneatable. No personal assistance for an amputee. 3 times upon arrival no wheelchair was available, no bars on the bed. Other person in room allowed their visitors to use patients bathroom. Have not spoken to one person who was happy at that facility. Saw someone doing medications wiping their nose and then playing with their long hair. Staff does not use gloves and or sanitizers consistently with patient with severe infection.
Supervisor in charge of facility shows favoritism to patients of her race and is obnoxious to others. If I were Trump I would fire her. I do not know who wrote those good reviews but they must be senile.The health department needs to pay them a visit. Wish I could afford a good lawyer.
