My Mom was there. Never walked in a smelled "urine". She was always well groomed. They "never" knew when I was coming. If she needed something I was told. They eat in the dining room and the portions of food
are not small. If, you are still hungry the resident could get a snack or a sandwich.

old & urine-smelling. same furnishings & furniture from the turn of the century. can only eat their small-portion kosher food served on Styrofoam plates in their dining room. otherwise eat in patient's small, dingy room with one old & dirty chair. won't even spend $ to replace the old, tattered, plastic tablecloths. downright cheap! will take over $10,000/mo for ur stay in rehab but not one penny is invested in the facility. $ must be warm and cozy in their pockets. do not consider this rehab.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
