Several years ago, a family member went there to recover and have physical therapy from knee surgery, and due to inaccurate reading of a lab report, or not reading it at all, his blood was so thin it seeped through his veins. Needless to say, he passed away because of this. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

On the first day my mom was admitted she was in pain for almost 12 hours because the head doctor did not ok any of her medication. Two days in a row I had to come up to take care of my mom, because they let her lay in her own filth for hours, they only take care of patients that need minimum care.

My mom was at this facility due to a stroke, the staff was pleasant and professional, until my mom took ill. I continued to ask the RN to call for her doctor, to no avail. After 24hours my mom went from walking and talking to just lying down and not answering anyone questions. I was dumb- founded when I was told my mom had to be forced feed her meds by a so called RN. I knew then, I had to sign her out against doctors orders, while the RN was stating I can't take her out of there. My mom needed emergency surgery to take out her gall bladder, had I waited any longer who knows how this would have turned out. I believe they wanted my mom to stay for the money, and when you stop caring for the patient you lose in life.

My mother, mother-in-law and an aunt were housed at this facility. Everhting that could be done was done fore all of them. My mother, unfortunately, has passed away. My mother-in-law is still in there. She doesn't like it, but mainly because she wants to go home. She needs 24/7 care and has to be in the facility. She is tolerating of it, and the staff are good to her, but she does have her complaints regarding the food. Because she has been a long-term resident, the staff knows her well and they care for her. My aunt was in for a stint of rehab and she was well cared for as well.
