My brother was admitted to this facility after having a stroke. He was on medication and needed rehab services. This facility did not give him his proper medication and he ended up back in the hospital. We were advised that his medication had ran out and the pharmacy did not get the medication refilled. This happened on a Wednesday and we were advised on the following Sunday after his health deteriorated that indeed he had not been receiving his medication. We had to have my brother readmitted to the hospital.
