My mother was here for 3.5 years. When new management took over the place has been driven into the ground. We paid $75,000 a year for her room and board and in the end you couldn't even tell what the food on her plate was suppose to be! Annette, the administrator was so rude and never wanted to hear about problems. They are so short staff that at times my mother had to wait an hour for scheduled medications. Staff that had worked there for twenty and thirty years were forced to leave with hour cuts and pay cuts. It's become a very sad facility.
