They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I felt that they really valued my mother's health and happiness. The first thing I noticed is that it did not smell like a 'nursing home'. When I first walked in, it was to the activity/dining room where I was greeted by several happy and sociable residents.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.
