Based upon working my way from nurse's aide to now Social Services Designee, I can tell you that there is a stronger team effort to make it more person centered for the care of all of our residents and while visiting with residents, I get no negative feedback. Happy to be here at the view!

I have a family member in Country View since April 2010 and my family and I are very happy with her care. The employees treat her like she is one of their own family member.
The home is clean, the food is good. They do a lot of indoor activities with her. If the family has any questions regarding her care the Administrator, DON, and other department heads are more then happy to meet with our family and help with any problems.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
No, they were out of everything!

I think it's funny how everyone is bashing the administrator on here. I think she does a very good job and it's ashamed that all of you post your thoughts on here instead of taking it 2 her. JB YOU ROCK!!!! Don't let anyone's comments cause you concern cause your good at what you do and they just can't accept the good changes you have made 2 that place. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRL!!!!!!!!!

For whomever wrote the review about being a past employee for years at Countryview and bashing the nursing home, DON and Administrator. I want you to be aware I received an email from the currnet Administrator accusing me of writing that negative review about her. If you cannot post your name and you are employed there and afraid for your job, then dont write such things. This is for the public to know and the administrator and whomever else feels concerned I am retired from Countryview, left all the headaches there and very happy with being retired. I have other concerns besides this administrator and countryview. Administrator now take note that none of the other comments are from my IP address and this is the only computer I have. And I do not appreciate being called a "skank" by the Administrator. Or being accused of things I have not done.
