If you want to see your loved one suffer, send them to Clintonaire. Who is giving them stellar reviews? Must be the owners. The majority of the aides are arrogant and lazy.

This place is a PITY.. Help are as Nasty as they can be..Filthy...Would never ever send anyone here...They need better help . A black dog walks around ..Also the hallways are loaded with people in wheelchairs cannot get thru to a room and they all look DEAD.. It is a HORRIBLE place..

Your staff was wonderful with helping my Grandma feel wlecome. PT and OT got my Grandma walking. Ray the activity director and nurse Amy was AWESOME with my Geandma. Noone wants to bring a love one to a nursing home but when we visit they made all of feel welcome. Thank you

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

I am sorry I ever trusted my parent to these people. My parent was having chest pains the doctor said she should go to the hospital but the facility did not want to send them. Even after the family came to take them to the hospital. They fought us ever step of the way. If I would not have taken my parent they would have died. They were in kidney failure and had to have stints. They had 90 percent blockage in three areas two of them in the main artery. I would never trust these people with anyone.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Not to mention the place smells absolutely horrid and Patients are not taken car of very well at all
