They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
