I had a relative in the facility that suffered a death due to the facility not properly training staff that was transporting him. The administrator nor director of nursing offered any explanation to the family. Not even an apology to the family. The overall care is okay, depending on what shift is working. The turn over in staff is awful. Please seek true information from staff and others who have encountered before making the final decision, not just from one of two family members who may be friends.
