If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

Help lights from residents stay on forever when they need help,not allowed to use shampoo to clean carpets, only hot water,some staff their are in clicks with managment, and dont do thier jobs and have other people do them, carpets in residents rooms are dirty same with their hallways. wow a health center that only uses hot water on the carpets.Would not put anyone i know in their and i tell people about the place i should no i worked their and quit, becuse i could not take it anymore.
