Blue Point may not be the most attractive facility, due to its age, but it provides excellent quality care. The staff love their residents. The Admissions Staff and Social Worker are always a pleasure. The Activities Director, Dajuan, is the most exemplary employee they have. He is kind, generous, and always goes above and beyond for his residents. Do not judge a book by its cover, or by its past reputation, it is a great and caring medical home.

You will forever regret sending your loved one to this facility. From the Director to the staff......they do not care about their patients or have any professionalism. I had to the opportunity to visit other facilities and this is by far the WORST!

Tour this place and you will have nightmares! A telephone call is different than physically walking-in. If you choose to do so, tour unexpectedly! When you make complaints the so called investigations by the city is a "dog and pony" show. They only care about collecting a pay check and not your loved ones! The city knows this place should have been closed a long time ago! Changing management does not change how they really operate. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! As it was explained to me by the Director, "This is a business and nothing more!"

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
