my sister live in Brainbridge for 15 months. very happy with her care. schedules were kept builDding very clean and meals were ok.. must keep intouch with your family member while living at Brainbridge.. Getting to know your care providers is most important. staff very caring and motivated. DB

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

No, they could have used some continuing education

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
