We were extremely disappointed. We felt like they almost let our parent die. It was like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. I kept expressing the same concerns over and over again. They are not proactive to contact the patient's regular doctors and specialists who know the patient best. Our parent was assigned there for rehab and went downhill immediately. I do not feel that this place can be trusted.
I feel like they have their own agenda and are out for the money rather than the best interest of the patient. Be very wary of this place!!!

They dismissed my concerns, and did not take responsibility for their mistakes. I knew that my situation needed attention, and could not believe that they would not honor the hospital's or the doctor's recommendations. They need to treat their staff with more respect. Sometimes the staff makes fraudulent reports because they are in fear of repremands. They are overworked and have too large of a patient -care provider ratio. I would not refer people to go there without using extreme caution. The equipment is faulty, outdated and the administration difficult to work with. For the cost, it should have been better.
