This place has become nothing more than money hungry. Patients are nothing but a number. I took my mom today (83 years old) for a 3 pm appointment. Finally got to see a doctor at 5:45 pm. We sat in a room for 2 hours and 45 minutes. There is NO excuse for this. They don't care about patients, they only care about running as many folks (mainly the elderly) through their system. Like a puppy mill.
But here's the thing. An isolated incident you may think? How about this is the THIRD time it has happened. Alamance Eye Care is the worst eye center in Alamance County NC and I WILL NOT be going back

My mother was a rehabilitation patient at this facility. During rehab the therapist hurt her foot using ankle weights. She was initially there for a problem with her wrist, I definitely would NOT recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for a parent.

This has to be the most disorganized unprofessional nursing facility I've ever been involved with. Nurses are the worst that I've ever dealt with. Rude no compassion not trained to handle patients with special needs.I can't for the life of me figure out how these nurses got their jobs. I became fearful for my mother's safety. I just discharged my mother early. Boy was that A task. Nobody knew what they were doing and what was to be done. Bells going off in rooms,One man called for A nurse for At least A half hourhe had to go to the bathroom.Poor man.

Great people and the therapy helped me a lot. I made some new friends and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I was very skeptical to put my mother at Alamance Health Care Center after her hip replacement but I'm so glad I did. I got to sit in on her rehab and after only 3 weeks she was up and walking and able to come back home. Everyone was awesome! You can tell just by walking in and talking with them that they care about what they do.
