Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

I visited the gym area while a family was in the facility for therapy. A very nice lady from the housekeeping department was mopping and said hello and asked if I needed any help. I certainly did! She stopped what she was doing to show me around and made sure I was able to find my way before returning to her duties. I took a moment to thank her and made a point to remember her name so I could say thanks for having a polite, helpful employee. Please thank Sharon Henry for her kindness and help!
