They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity, giving a good amount of time to each appointment and making thorough examinations. They were so kind and attentive to me, paying attention to my whole health situation, which I appreciate very much. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Pushes bifocals for no reason!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
