They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. .The wait time in this office is totally rediculous...I have waited up to 1 hr and 30 min......They are totally confused whuich ins the accept and what they don't. I apprived at my scheduled follow up visit only to find they wouldn't see me because of my medicare...By phone I was told that they accepted United health care medicare insurance.......I traveled 45 miles for my appointment and had to leave....This place is so far behind times it's pathetic.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
