Fairly competent physicians, but customer service outside the office is absolutely horrible. I'm not sure if anyone is in charge of the office staff there. They don't follow through with questions for the physician or physician referrals and have extensive phone hold times.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
