The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I found this neurologist to be borderline mysogynistic. He made me extremely uneasy. I was always frustrated dealing with his office staff (at BOTH! locations) and Dr. Faiz himself it's much of a charmer. As soon as my obligatory visits were over, I changed neurologists. However, now I'm experiencing problems getting Dr. Faiz to release my records.

What a horrible outfit!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
