I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Dr. Thompson really cares about his patients, and he is genuinely concerned for their health and well-being. I've recommended many people to Dr. Thompson as I have not had a better physician.
