Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while. Saw the PA instead of the doctor even though when I made the appt, I was told my appt was with the Dr. on such and such date. Office staff was rude. Saw the dr. once out of 4 times and the doctor seemed more concerned with her cosmetic procedure and spa patients than she did about the patients who had an actual medical problem. Felt like it was a Botox pushing factory. Her yellow pages ad should NOT have been listed under Dermatologists, but instead under plastic procedures or spa. I left feeling rather confused and uneasy. I really don't think they deserve a recommendation. I was unhappy with the whole experience. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I will NOT go back EVER!!

This place is a money-mill. You are treated like cattle. Their objective is to make you wait as long as possible, have you see a physician assistant rather than a real doctor, but charge you more than a doctor to see the PA for as short as time as possible. The PA I saw was Rita and she was in a big hurry and did not spend enough time to explain the issue I came there for. She was not personal at all and just wanted to get away from me as fast as possible. The office is overstaffed and you have to pay a lot extra for that.
