The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment.
