They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but Dr. Dbouk is not intimidating like most doctors can be. He has the best bedside manner and treats his patients with an incredible amount of dignity as well as compassion and empathy. He never judges you or makes you feel like he's morally superior to you or anyone else. His kindness and gentle nature make me feel safe and comfortable enough to tell him the truth about how I'm feeling and what kind of problems and issues I'm dealing with at that particular time without the fear of him thinking less of me or putting me down. He will literally stay in the office with you and let you talk and ask questions until you are fully informed and satisfied with your visit. It was very easy to get an appointment. On my very first visit, I actually got a same day appointment! They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely have Dr. Dbouk as my Primary Care Physician for years to come. I would also highly recommend him to ANYONE who's searching for a family doctor; but I'd also like to refer anyone with an opiate dependence to Dr. Dbouk. I've been a patient at nearly every Suboxone doctor in Anderson County and he is BY FAR the BEST I've ever encountered. Don't wait! Make that appointment TODAY and I can personally guarantee you'll get your life back. He doesn't just write out RX's and send you on your way. He tries his best to get to the root of your issues and medical problems. He truly cares about his patients and he'll do anything in his power to help you recover from whatever your situation is. I've already got one friend in with him and like I said before, I'd recommend Dr. Wajdi Dbouk to ANYONE!
