I never had to doubt his qualifications. He made his credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was fantastic. He was completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that he would back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Herbst helped me get through my first pregnancy. He was always there to answer my questions. He made me feel safe at the appts. and in the hosptial. I had a great experience with him as my doctor.

Awful experience!! Went as a new patient, left feeling like a bother! Dr. Herbst looked at his watch twice during our apt. Was very short, unwilling to answer questions or give advice. He went over new patient info (which takes some time, I admit) but bedside manner was very poor. He did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. He was not willing to address any of my concerns as a woman trying to conceive for some time. At one point he actually said to me " I dont know why you are here"!!! Was very flippant and made me feel insignificant. First impressions are important and this Dr. FAILED! I have since found a good obgyn in the area!
