I see Doctor Zabel once a year for my annual physical. She is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. She takes as much time as I need and answers all my questions.

Their office was nice and quiet. There is a wait sometimes. They are somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They don't return the call immediately, but dol call back. Their prices were fair. They do not seem understaffed and are knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

Dr. Zabel was my Mother's attending physician while she was in rehab. The rehab needed medical forms completed to have her transferred to another community that could care for her. Dr. Zabel sat on the forms for two weeks and did not return any of my calls. The day she was to be transferred, Dr. Zabel still refused to sign the forms. She was rude on the phone and stated "What do I care if your Mother is transferred today or not." She lacks compassion, and was completely inappropriate. If you are looking for a caring doctor for you loved one go else where.
