I take my 94 year old mother to him. He is punctual and very personable. He takes him time to exam and answer questions, unlike some Drs who are in a hurry to get to next patient.

Dr. Raine has been my primary doctor for several years. Wait time in the lobby and the exam room are minimal. Dr. Raine is very pleasant and personable, He truly cares about the overall health of his patients. Dr. Raine listens to what I'm saying and always asks follow up questions. He is never judgmental and will discuss life style modifications that could prevent the need for medications and then prescribe if you are unable (or too lazy) to make the life style change.I am very thankful to have Dr. Raine as my doctor, I know he truly cares about my overall health and well being.
