The receptionist took our $40 co-pay and said we were covered by our insurance,turns out we were not and had to pay the balance out of pocket.
If you take a co-pay insurance should cover.
When I called the billing office the lady told me it is my obligation to know whether I'M COVERED,
SO HOW WOULD THAT GO THE RECEPTIONIST TAKES OUR $40 CO-PAY TELLS ME WE ARE COVERED AND I TELL HER SHE IS LYING
