I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. VERY kind and compassionate!

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always have an answer for me when I call with a question. They would not try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I don't have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They offer competitive pricing.
