All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Deborah Levitan Gerson, MD was very thorough and informative. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
