Well he took care of me his staff was very good. He has a lot of patients to see at his office. Hard to see sometimes. My regular md was John White on woodland ave I miss his hands on care a lot. He passed away.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, my decisions were always respected

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

The neighborhood is crumby. The parking is very limited and the wait is horriable. The waiting room is small and usually packed. The nurse practitionor is very rude and seems that she does not care about the patiant. I have been shot and have scholiosis that is causing several disk to be pinched and compressed. She had the nerve to tell Me that I am a drug addict and not in pain. I have suffered for ten years now, if I'm not in pain then I would love to know what this horriable feeling that I live with on a daily basis is called. I do not recomend this office even for a dog. They do not seem to care at all.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
