Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I highly recommend Dr. Estep. Dr Estep listens carefully to any questions you may have and always makes sure every single question is answered, even providing notes to take home. My husband is a diabetic and he has received better care from Dr Estep than any specialist he's seen. Dr Estep stays current with latest advances and medications, but doesn't recommend them without having solid statistics regarding their efficacy and safety. The waiting room here is spacious and my appointment started on time. The administrative entity for his group practice changed from Primed to Kettering Health Alliance but the office location and phone number is still the same, but search engines still show both which can be a bit confusing.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
