Dr Bogard told me that I had a pylup on my vocal chord and 6 months later told me it was growing and I needed surgery so thank God I got a second opinion with a Dr at Baptist Hospital and it was only my acid reflux and damage of my past yrs of heavy smoking and I do not need surgery and am not dying as she made me think.. She is one Quack that I am so thankful that I saw someone else...

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist consider your input when deciding on a treatment method?
They listened, but I'm not sure they really cared
