Dr. Hentz has been my gynecologist for the past nine years; Dr. Hentz and her staff are accommodating, caring, kind, and professional. The office is very neat and clean. Dr. Hentz addresses and explains my concerns in a thorough manner, and her patient's best interests are of utmost importance to her; she is extremely competent. I highly recommend Dr. Hentz, and I am so appreciative and thankful that she is my physician.

I had read these reviews and was sceptical of seeing Dr. Hentz. I did want a female doctor and only had a few to choose from due to my insurance. I scheduled an appointment and the women on the phone was very nice and scheduled an appointment to best fit my schedule. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and felt comfortable. Their are couches to sit on in the waitroom instead of uncomfortable chairs, and also a coffee machine! I was called in by a wonderful nurse that walked me to my room. She gave me the things I needed to cover myself and left the room. I was shocked by how well set up everything was. Their was a curtain for me to undress behind with a bathrobe, wipes, tampons, pads...anything a women might need to feel comfortable. The room was very clean. The Doctor came in and was the nicest doctor I have ever had!! She answered all my questions I had and made me feel welcome. The best part was, once she made me put my feet up, she was literally in and out in about 20 seconds. I got dressed and as I was leaving Dr. Hentz and the lovely nurse told me how much of a pleasure it was to have me in the office. I have already recommended her to all of my family members and will recommend her to anyone in search for a doctor.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEING OVERCHARGED! After Dr. Hentz left the room after my annual exam, a nurse asked if I wanted to get blood work while I was there. I told her I didn’t think it was necessary and that I was fine. She then informed me it would be covered by insurance. I said in that case, I might as well. Afterwards, I checked out at the reception desk and paid my co-pay. A few weeks later, I had an invoice from Dr. Hent'z office stating I owe $207 for services not covered by my insurance. Sure enough, the blood work I didn't originally come in for was NOT covered by my insurance as I had been told by the nurse. Tried to work it out with the office and my insurance, but Dr. Hentz and her staff were very unwilling to help. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.

I have been a patient at this office for several years because my insurance is accepted here & I liked the idea of a private practice. Over the last year, I have been disgusted & outraged by this practice. After my last visit in September 2013 I decided to not return because of the filth of the office. There were instrument wrappers left on the window sill from the exam before me and the Dr was wearing open toe sandals to reveal a toe ring. When the nurse entered I was still undressing- leaving me naked & exposed in an already vulnerable situation. To make matters worse, I received a bill after my visit for an additional fee stating that my insurance refused to cover the sterilization of gynecological tools. This was surprising since my copay has always been returned to me in the past and nothing has changed with my insurance or policy. I called the office on 3 occasions asking them to resubmit my claim as the insurance company requested and they refused. I would not refer anyone here.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
