They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
