Dr Mann and all her staff are friendly and care about the patients. She has been my GI of choice now for about 15 yrs+. She still has alot of the same employees in her office and everyone is always friendly. I recently had to have some procedures done and everyone in the center was friendly and took great care of me.

Dr Mann and her staff are rude, incompetent and the practice is all about taking your money. She always recommends some type of procedure (which she will perform and get paid for, of course) even when it's unneccesary. She doesnt listen to your concerns or questions and doesnt take the time to explain anything to the patient. She is in and out of the exam room in 2 minutes TOPS (although you'll be waiting to be seen for the better part of an hour). I started seeing her because it was closer than my previous doctor in Fayetteville. After several visits with her, no offiial dx, and hundreds of dollars down the drain for procedures and surguries that were not needed... I'll be going back to my original doctor. Save your time and money!! DONT GO HERE!

The office staff is rude. I have Crohn's and she is not capable of taking care of "Complicated" cases per her staff. I had to call back 4 times in order to get a response whether she would take my case or not. Staff said no "My Crohn's was too complicated and there would be nothing she could do to help me." So if you have a serious problem, which I don't it is under control, think again before going because she only handles simple cases.

Dr. Mann cares about her patients! She truly helped me get my life back. I had suffered with horrible stomach aches and overall sickness for years. I was embarrassed and had anxiety to even talk about my health problems, but Dr. Mann is so caring and genuine that she put me at ease and diagnosed me within a month of my first visit. I admire her tremendously for her depth of knowledge and tenacity for helping others. Thank you Dr. Mann!
