when i was at this location a lady name Tammy snider took care of me she was AWESOME, friendly and knowledgeable. but since she left i quit going to get my treatments .. i really liked her alot. wish she would come back so i come back.

She was very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell she really care about everyone who visits them. I will absolutely return. I had a good experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. She listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Mrs. Dr. Ching Chong Lui was not friendly at all!! It seemed like she wasnt even listening to my concerns or questions and seemed rushed to get my appointment over with. I probably wasnt even there but 5 minutes, which is nice, but not when you're going to have your health and safety checked out... Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Be mindful when you leave your first appointment because they will set up a year in advance appointment and never call to remind you about the appointment. Then, they'll charge you a $35 fee for not showing or canceling the appointment. When you call them to get your $35 back the lady who sits on her butt and answers the phone is extremely rude and talks like an angry mom yelling at her kids, "Did you hear me!!!? I'll get your money back!!". It was very unprofessional and I will never be going to this rude place again!!!

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
