Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I had an emergency recently and needed to contact them immediately but I couldn't. It made me feel like I couldn't count on them. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
