I spoke with a Karen on the phone and because she had to tell me and another some information about an appt more than once she was short with me despite my being polite about it. As she hung up on me she didn't say goodbye and before hanging all the way up she said, "jeeze, oh my God."

My child absolutely loves Dawn Bard, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. My kid almost almost dozed off while waiting to see the pediatrician.
