Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No. I still haven't talked to them.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
