I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Some of my questions were answered during the appointment, but not all. I still feel like I need to know more. I felt a little rushed that I forgot to ask some questions. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
