I called for an emergency appointment and was told I couldn't be seen for over a month as they had put my records in storage and had to order them. There was no changing their minds in spite of me having been seriously ill. I had to find a new Dr that saw me two days later. What kind of Dr won't see you because they screwed up?

Waited three plus months for the appointment. They never called to verify I had an appointment - I had to call them to confirm. The nurse wanted me to contact my doctor for my records because - it turns out - she was calling the wrong phone number for my doctors office. Got there and waited an hour to be seen by a nurse. Waited another 45 minutes listening to the doctor through the paper thin walls discuss his holiday activities with another patient. I then left without having seen the doctor - he was too busy chit chatting. In a word - Unprofessional.
