The staff were very professional and helpful, and Dr. Rich seems to be a sensible guy. He understands that psychiatry is a holistic medicine: drugs help, but so do things like artistic expression and exercise - he was willing to give me a doctor's note for a piano! I am always treated well and promptly.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. Rich is the best that I have ever seen in this field. I have always been treated with a great deal of respect and courtesy. It is obvious that all of his clients have been treated similarly. He treats his patients with confidence and competence, but not condescension. Any question I have had was answered very quickly and concisely. I highly recommend Dr. Rich to anyone in need of his services.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. It is a relief to know that I can count on Dr. Rich to always be there for me if I may I need him. His offices was one of the easiest places to locate ever. I found it in minutes. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Showed sensitivity to sexual orientation concerns and treated me with dignity and respect. Highly recommend.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
