True Hubris. Case of "Physician Heal Thyself". Expect no less than a 2 hour wait for your little appointment.

I will give her credit: she does seem to genuinely care for her patients.

Perhaps I am the exception to the rule, admittedly, but I think not.

"Your mileage may vary", as they say, but I saw her for 8 years and what a remarkable transformation in essentially being PRN with my meds.

Dr Mendez was wonderful. She brought me out of a state of overmedication by another Psychiatrist. Helped me through the withdrawal. Sadly she moved back to Springfield. Put it this way... 3 years later and I am considering making the 3 hour round trip to begin seeing her again.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, I didn't have to wait very long
