Dr James Holzheur Is A Great Doctor/ OBGYN Actually He Is The Only Doctor That I Have Been To That Takes The Time To Listen To His Patients He Delivered Both Of My Children And I Had No Problems At All And I Continue To Go To Him As My OBGYN

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice that I was there, but this office is generally really busy so that can be understood. They treated me with respect and were very kind. They were a little too busy to take the time to really help me make the some decisions. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to everything I had to say. My main complaint was that they were unsympathetic to specific issues I had in my pregnancy. I was told in sort of a rude manner to get my tubes tied because I was dealing with a considerable amount of pain at one time. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Overall, I had more good appointments than bad. The nursing staff was kind and always return calls and addressed questions via phone conversations. I would recommend this office to someone with little to no complications, but not necessarily someone with a high risk pregnancy. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. He is rude and told me that the reason I couldn't get pregnant was because I was fat but did blood work anyway. Turns out I had a thyroid problem that was causing my infertility but guess what, his office never called me with the blood work results that would've told me that. Instead, I ended up in the hospital with heart issues caused when thyroid disorders go undiagnosed. I would never walk into his office again. Total jerk and waited forever to be seen.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
