I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. They recommend ridiculously expensive procedures that I know I don't really need. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They were far to arrogant. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

The dentists in this office are pomp es. Treat patients with previous traumas like they are over reacting. Instead of knowing this is an occurrence that is all to common and should be equip to be compassionate. I have also been treated rudely when questioning a charge on my bill. In fact the office manager hung up on me because she was so upset that she was going to have to go thru her paperwork to determine this. When I initially came in for orthodontics for my teen the main issue was aligning the bottom jaw. It was set back way behind top jaw. After almost 4 years in braces they never addressed the bottom jaw and had to reimburse me half of my orthodontic cost due to there error. They also already established me as a patient and now are saying they never did. I have some teeth pain they can not figure out why and want me to keep coming back paying for appointments to make another appt. to actually do the work. Isn't that just benefiting them and costing the patient a lot of money. Especially someone without insurance. I even asked if they could just put me in a time slot where it could all be done at once so I didn't have to keep paying for appt. after appt. with no resolve and remaining in pain. I will never go back to this office. Their not there for the patient but to make money themselves. Greed at its finest!!

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I would not reccommend this provider at all, their staff are rude and unaccommodating. There are so many provider's in the area, Hilltop Family Dental is not worth your time.
